Please treat our units as if you are renting a vacation home from a friend. Take care of it and return it clean.

We will review the operation of the unit you rent with you. Be sure you understand how to operate the following:

 

·         Refrigerator

·         Heater/Air Conditioner

·         Water Heater

·         Filling Fresh Water Tank

·         Using Water Connection or Water Pump

·         Draining Black & Gray Water Tanks

·         Detectors (propane, smoke, carbon monoxide)

·         Propane System

·         Generator

·         Leveling Jacks

·         Slides

 

Ask Questions To Clarify Any Procedure.

 

During the walk through, we will point out any existing damages, if applicable. Be sure to note any additional items that you find. This includes both damage/broken items on the outside as well as inside the unit.

 

Cleaning Tips

 

Clean spills on stove, oven and refrigerator. Vacuum carpets and spot clean stains on carpet or upholstery. Clean mirrors, sinks, toilet and shower. Make sure your personal items are out of all cabinets and underneath storage. Clean all storage areas. Also wash the exterior to remove dirt and bugs.
